Short Description:

High Temperature high pressure Dyeing Machine is suitable for dyeing not only high-class Fabric and knit cloth but also fine fiber fabric sensitive to wrinkle. The promoting system is controlled by frequency converter, with large capacity circulating pump and high efficiency heat exchanger, and fabric conveys rapidly to ensure dyeing completion is rapid. Three sets of adjustable nozzles are specially designed for thick and thin fabric.

Technical Characteristics

● Low tension of dyeing: Guiding rollers equipped by FC (frequency conversion) motor, which assists the cloth movement, meanwhile, the improved front channel was designed at the low position to short the distance between driving roller and dyeing liquid, which greatly reduced the circulation tension during fabrics transporting.

● High relaxation effects of fabrics with even dyeing result: The fabrics being dyed, by the flowing of dyeing liquid provided by the main motor with high lift and the action of detwisting device, rectified, and the second shocking point at the machine tail, have been highly relaxed, rubbed and twisted so as to rise the dyeing effects and to reduce the rig mark of the dyed fabrics.

● Wide range of speed-adjusting: By using the cloth-guiding square box and the shocking point of machine rail to let piece goods being arranged and piled regularly even under high-speed running. Assisted by the control of the lift motor, the speed of cloth can be adjusted randomly from 150~600m/min.

● Jet nozzle: The clearance of it can be regulated according to different fabrics and technique to reach the best effects of dyeing.
