Principle of operation

Low liquor ratio environmental dyeing machine can adjust liquor ratio of cotton fabric to the lowest 1:3.8 and further reduce the liquor ratio of synthetic fibers. The well-designed dyeing and crossed fabrics make dye liquor perfectly balanced.

Heat pipes

Low liquor ratio environmental dyeing machine improved the delivery system of dye liquor, so that the machine is not limited to the number of pipes and delivers dye liquor to nozzle evenly, which completely eliminates the difference in infusion. Nozzle housing

Preparation tank

Low liquor ratio environmental dyeing machine saves space for the dyeing plant and can directly prepare materials, avoiding long-time sulfide dissolution caused by small volume of barrel. Furthermore, operators can, through default procedure, make fuel or additives in the barrel be automatically injected into master tank or preparation tank.
