This machine is mainly suitable for medical cotton, makeup cotton, acrylic, wool and cashmere and so on each kind of natural or artificial bulk fiber refining, bleaching, dyeing and the dyeing process of soft. ● Main pump: specially designed high performance, low power consumption axial flow circulation pump (Patent Number, ZL 2007 2 0047078.4), with WANNA motor.
● Healing method: direct and indirect heating system.
● Electric control box: Special staining computer, with PLC, Complete automatic and manual dual mode operation.
● Water level control: YOKOGAWA from Japan.
● Carrier: easily operating fast bottom loading.
● Inverter: Variable frequency control.
● Valve: Stainless steel butterfly valve used for water supply and draining, stainless steel Y valve for others.
