Characteristics
1. The temperature range is from 20 ℃ to 80 ℃.
2. Used in desizing of various cotton fabrics and blended or interwoven fabrics.
3. It is especially suitable for desizing of rayon, yarn dyed fabrics and corduroy.
Ultra wide pH working range	5.0 ~ 7.5.

Storage & Transportation

1. Transport as non dangerous goods. Avoid inhaling enzyme dust.
2. 125 Kgs. net polyethylene drums; 1,000 Kgs. net IBC tanks.
3. Store in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse below 25 ℃ and keep it dry and avoid direct sunlight. The product has been configured with the best stability, and the consumption will increase due to prolonged storage period or harsh conditions (such as high temperature and high humidity).
4. The storage period is six months.

Application

The recommended dosage of wide temperature desizing enzyme cw-25: 3 ~ 5g / L (the dosage must be adjusted appropriately according to the sizing condition of equipment and grey cloth according to the experimental results). 1 ~ 2G / L of non-ionic penetrant can be added in the same bath to help wetting and penetration (compatibility test shall be conducted before use). However, chelating agents cannot be used in the same bath. Hard water and ordinary salts can enhance the stability of desizing enzyme. Process conditions: pH value 5.0 ~ 7.5; The temperature is 20 ~ 80 ℃.
