Working principle

When the bobbin loose fiber tank is loaded with cheese or loose carrier and positioned, close the lid and fasten the lock.

At this point start the automatic pressing device, if it is cheese, then the center rod of the cheese will be pressed by the upper pressure plate; if it is loose/muff, then the loose will be pressed by the lower pressure plate indirectly.

The unevenness can be avoided and prevented by fixing of the pressing device which is fastened by the positioning guidance component. When the carrier is out of the tank, the pneumatic pressing device will return back to the lid and hide inside, and it will not influence the carrier’s movement.

Main advantages

1. The degree of automation if high; During the pretreatment process of loose fibers, with the circulation of the water pump and the increase of the temperature, the loose fibers in the carrier will sink, resulting in the yarn pressing disk cannot press the loose fibers, and then the fibers will escape to the cylinder, which is difficult to clean or cause color variation, and the difference between the inner and outer layers is large. To solve this problem, the original manual lifting device needs to open the cover twice and add a variable load to solve the problem. And the automatic pressing device will automatically press down with the sinking of the yarn pressing disk to avoid the secondary opening of the cover.

2. Improve the production efficiency; Workers do not need to manually tighten the carrier and switch the tank cover twice, which saves time and increases productivity.
