Storage & Transportation
1. Transport as non dangerous goods. Avoid inhaling enzyme dust.
2. 125 Kgs. net polyethylene drums; 1,000 Kgs. net IBC tanks.
3. Store in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse below 25 ℃ and keep it dry and avoid direct sunlight. The product has been configured with the best stability, and the consumption will increase due to prolonged storage period or harsh conditions (such as high temperature and high humidity).
4. The storage period is six months.
Application
Dosage of cold rolling stock: 10 ~ 20 g / L of 100% hydrogen peroxide and 5 ~ 10 g / L of stabilizer.
Dosage of conventional oxygen bleaching: 5 ~ 10g / L of 100% hydrogen peroxide and 5 ~ 10g / L of stabilizer.
The specific process and formula dosage shall be determined according to your actual grey cloth variety, process conditions and equipment.
