Characteristics
This product has the ability of emulsification, dispersion, penetration, cleaning and degreasing. It is resistant to hard water, oxidation, high temperature, high cloud point and low foam. It can promote NaOH, H2O2 and other chemicals to penetrate into the fiber, fully perform saponification, expansion, hydrolysis, bleaching, extraction and other functions, and help improve whiteness and water absorption. It is suitable for cotton, hemp, polyester cotton, brocade cotton, viscose cotton and other blended fabrics.
Directly use the recommended dosage
1. Scouring and bleaching process of cotton, hemp and blended fabrics by cold pile method (rolling steaming method): 6 ~ 10g / L.
2. Continuous rolling steaming process of cotton, hemp and blended fabrics oxygen bleaching: 2 ~ 4G / L.
3. Dip scouring and bleaching of jigging and other pretreatment equipment: 0.5 ~ 2G / L.

Storage & Transportation

1. Transport as non dangerous goods. Avoid inhaling enzyme dust.
2. 125 Kgs. net polyethylene drums; 1,000 Kgs. net IBC tanks.
3. Store in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse below 25 ℃ and keep it dry and avoid direct sunlight. The product has been configured with the best stability, and the consumption will increase due to prolonged storage period or harsh conditions (such as high temperature and high humidity).
4. The storage period is six months.
